If you have an interest in the work of FORMOBILE and would like to stay updated with the project's progress, please join the stakeholder database. As a member of the database, you will receive information and updates throughout the project, including the latest deliverables that are produced.
From time to time, the FORMOBILE team may reach out to specific stakeholders from certain domains to engage on particular topics. Therefore, please include your area of interest and the field of your work.
We collect your name, e-mail address, company/organisation, job title, country and areas of interest when you register for joining the FORMOBILE Stakeholder Database. Certain fields are mandatory and needed by us to carry out the registration process. However, not all fields in your profile need to be mandatorily completed so you can finalise your registration. The fields that are not marked with an asterisk (*), allowing you to decide whether you would like to enter the respective piece of information or not.
In both cases, you are providing your consent which is the legal basis upon which we process your personal data.
Your consent is voluntary but necessary to be listed as a member of our FORMOBILE Stakeholder Database and receive information and updates throughout the project.
You can withdraw your consent at any time. In this case, we will remove you from our database and delete your personal information. Your withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing prior to the withdrawal.
All personal data on the FORMOBILE Stakeholder Database is processed for the purpose of providing you with updates on the Project progress. The data processed for the creation and maintenance of the FORMOBILE Stakeholder Database is accessed solely by the Admins – members of the PPHS team, members of the Project Management Office of FORMOBILE and the Security Officer of the Project. We do not intend to send your personal data outside the EEA. In case any transfer of personal data outside the EEA would occur, we assure you that we will only do so in accordance with either Art. 45 GDPR (on the basis of an adequacy decision) or Art 46 GDPR (appropriate safeguards in place).The data provided will be stored for the duration of the project and kept 5 years after the final payment of funding from the EU Commission.
